Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Received IRS CP24: But both my and IRS numbers are identical?

So... what's going on, I received an IRS CP24 in the mail, saying IRS is adjusting my refund... to the exact same amount I requested for.

There is even a table of my tax calculation vs IRS tax calculation and their numbers are identical. So why did IRS send out this correction of nothing?
