I have noticed that on my mom's account, you can't access the portfolio performance nor Investment income. It turns out that they are turned off if you have an advisor. Apparently, you have to call Schwab to turn them on. The rep does not know the reason why they are turned on, but my guess is that Schwab want the customer to contact the advisor for that stuff.
