For the past couple of weeks, bird singing wake me up every day between 4:30am and 5:30am, disrupting my sleep. At first I thought it was just transitory but it is happening every day. I don't see any nest on the roof or on nearby trees outside. I tried white noise with a "noise machine" but I guess the volume level is not high enough (and any higher would be too loud). What does help is earplugs. However, I don't want to use earplugs every day as sometimes it gives me earache. Currently, I only use earplugs after I wake up from the singing/noise but it is getting annoying. Another suggestions such as products that I can buy to solve this problem?
