Personal Investments • Is this a Vanguard number?

Friday night at 8:03 pm I received an email from Vanguard saying some information was missing from a request and to call them within four business days. They closed at 8:00 pm. Not happy. Anyways, Vanguard has a lot of phone numbers. The number in the email is 866-295-8076. Should I trust it or just call the main number? Not sure what it is in reference to but I can take a guess that it has to do with us changing a beneficiary on a payable on death account. We filled out a form online a couple of weeks ago but I still see that name listed.

They open at 8:00 am which is when I would be leaving to travel out of the country. Not good timing.
