Personal Investments • Charitable giving from Inherited IRA Trusts

Hello all. My single mom recently passed after a 5-week bout of pancreatic cancer at age 75. Suffice to say i it all happened very quickly, however, she was able to do her estate planning a week before she passed. We were surprised to learn that it was a sizeable estate of which I am a sole trustee and guardian. That said, the estate is somewhat unwieldy in that 90% of the assets are held in IRA accounts of different types and it was all bequeathed to my two minor sons both to individual inherited Ira trusts in their name and individual ineherited IRAs. In total, I will need to open 9 accounts! Aside from all of the RMD logistics, I need to make two sizable donations of $ 50K each. Is there any elegant way to do this from a traditional IRA To mitigate tax loss or is pulling from the Roth the only clean way to accomplish this? Thank you.
