Personal Investments • Box spreads using the IBKR paper account

I'm trying to do box spreads (short) using the IBKR paper account (simulated trading account), but the order never gets fulfilled, even if I am willing to take on an absurd interest rate.

Does the paper account have a limitation I'm not aware of?
