I got a call from my State Farm agent today saying he wants me to come to the office so they can review my policy. (1 home, 2 cars, in Colorado). They're doing 'customer reviews' and want to make sure I have all discounts available, and nothing is over or under insured.
I did something similar years ago with Verizon, went in to fix a broken phone. When the gal looked up my account info she said 'oh wow you have an old rate, we don't do that one anymore so I have to cancel it and move you to a more expensive rate.'
Any chance the same will happen with State Farm? or should I just go in? With all the crazy things happening in the insurance world I'm a little skeptical of this.
any advice is appreciated. thanks!
