Personal Investments • Option to annuitize a policy if you have taken payments on a withdrawal contract but did not take the surrender value

I withdrew on a policy on a withdrawal contract not knowing that the last payment would be the surrender amount. If i notify them that I do not want the last payment for the surrender amount, should i still be able to annuitize the remaining funds in the policy?
