I am attempting to do a mortgage refinance on an investment property. As such, the bank asked me for the past 2 years of tax returns. After a few weeks, the bank gets back to me to point out that the Schedule E form appears to be missing from 2023. I have emailed and left voicemails with my CPA that generated the returns., but I haven't gotten a response. The bank says they can't proceed on the loan without the official Schedule E, but my accountant is ghosting me at the moment. Is there anything I can do to generate a Schedule E on my own? Or force my accountant to respond to my calls and emails?
Also, would this require re-filing an amended 2023 tax return?
