Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Book suggestions for preparing for new job?

Hi, looking for books (or other resources) on how to prepare to succeed on a new job? I think it would be helpful for me to have a structured plan and approach. I am looking at potentially making a job change. The role would be similar but at a different company....mid-level management.

I have been thinking about a few questions below:
- How might I approach building new relationships with a new team, peers, customers, partners, and management?
- How might I create a structured plan to succeed?
- What else would be helpful?
