We updated our trust and the attorney is recommending that we re-title our brokerage, employee stock accounts, bank accounts into "Smith Revocable Trust". The property deeds have also been filed with the clerk of court to update the ownership to the Trust. My in-laws, who created their trust years ago, haven't re-titled (all of) their accounts; instead has named the "Jones Living Trust."
