Hi there,
Currently working for a private company and hold both vested RSUs and exercised Incentive stock options (ISOs).
If/when a company goes public, what guidance do you have on when to sell these (post lock-up period if that applies).
Is is generally good practice to sell as soon as possible and then allocate funds (if investing), to my diversified portfolio?
Is there any data/research backing this up or showing the benefit of some other alternative?
Thanks in advance.
