I'm passed my 10th year with the same and only employer. It is kinda getting boring. Unfortunately I couldn't find a position that is willing to pay me as much. So I am thinking I may work here till the end. (Highly stable industry.) Anyone in similar situation? How did you overcome boredom of going to the same office for decades. (The job is interesting and I have some flexibility to change the projects I work on.
