I own an apartment currently rented out to a tenant. I want to sell it when their lease is up. They've expressed interest in buying it. How do I proceed? Ideally I want to :
get a best possible offer, how does negotiation take place? I don't have the tenant's contact since I currently use a property manger. I would prefer not to contact the tenant directly since
skip realtors on both sides if possible and use a real estate attorney to help close. I don't need a realtor to help market it, advise on homes, etc.
skip any kind of cleaning/repairs that needs to be done since the tenant would be staying there and converting from a rental to owned
can anyone advise what to do here?
