Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Warned of Credit Inquiry

I was warned by my credit card company that someone may have used my info to apply for a credit card or loan.

Of course I didn't notice until after hours and it's a long weekend. I see I may be able to freeze my accounts by doing this online. Is this a good way to go?
