Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Gift tax double check

I want to make sure that I am legally within the limits of the gift tax. We are no way near the current federal limits and as far as I know Ohio doesn’t have a limit.
Can I Venmo 3000 a month to my son and daughter in law from our joint account to their joint account. I am now helping with 2 grandchildren’s daycare.
