I will be moving onto Medicare soon and have researched Medigap policies. I decided that I would like to enroll in United American's Plan G - High Deductible. They don't allow you to enroll online; instead you can enter a request for a broker to contact you. You can also call UA and they will take your contact information over the phone and pass it along to a broker.
Over the past two months I have three times requested online that a broker contact me and no one has. In addition, I've called UA twice and explained that no broker has contacted me, in spite of my requests. Both times they took my information and assured me that they would have a broker get in touch with me. Still, I haven't heard from anyone.
Has anyone here had a similar experience? It seems bizarre to me that I want to give a broker my business but they will not contact me.
