Trying to figure out the country exposure of this fund- FBIIX.

Fidelity lists the top 5 issuers = 34.87% of portfolio as:

CHINA PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF
JAPAN GOVERNMENT OF
FRANCE REPUBLIC OF

But then under country diversification it lists:
