DW is self employed. Several years ago our then accountant had her setup as an S-corp LLC. We have a new accountant now but it doesn’t seem worth all the extra bookkeeping and Administrative fees to keep this going for a small return. Her Gross Income is averaging between $100/120k. Does it make sense to just go back to sole proprietorship and if so what is the process for this?
