Hello,
My wife currently has an old 401K administered by Fidelity that contains several hundred thousand. It is about 40% of our retirement savings so far. I can't complain about the returns we are getting with it. I am trying to decide whether to put it in a Rollover IRA for lower fees and more choice.
My questions are what does "may lose some creditor protection" mean with the rollover? And - Are there other pitfalls to this?
