Hi, and thanks in advance for any responses.
I’ve been contributing to my 403b with Vanguard, through my same employer for around 25 years. I get paid every other week, and the 403b payments have almost always hit the account between paychecks.
But at the moment there still hasn’t been a deposit for a May 2nd paycheck, so from 30 days ago (not to mention anything yet from another paycheck a couple of weeks ago).
My employer claims the money has been sent in, but I was wondering if anyone knows the typical protocol, if there is one : Would organizations send in one big paycheck for all of its employees ( maybe around 50 people, in my case), and then a Vanguard would divide the money into the individual accounts ?
I’m basically trying to figure out who is likely at fault, if this could be a Vanguard problem ?
I haven’t been able to get any responses from colleagues yet, if they’ve had a similar experience.
Thanks again for any of your thoughts/experiences.
