I've been investing in iShares iBonds ETF's for several years. They are typically issued at $25/share, and although they can be quite volatile during their lifespan, they typically revert to ~$25/share in their maturity year. I own IBDW which is currently trading at around $20.33/share with a 12 month yield of around 4.8%. If IBDW reverts to $25/share in its maturity year (2031), that's a rather good return for an investment grade bond portfolio. Am I missing something?
