I have Platinum Honors status and I've had a few issues with the card where transactions were declined and then my travel credits didn't post. When I have called the number on the card, I have to go through BofA's awful phone tree and then I get transferred to a "wealth management" advisor who says they can't help with credit cards so they transfer me again. I then sit on hold for 10-20 minutes before someone picks up.
Has anyone else been having this issue with BofA lately?
Is there a better way to get through to someone in the credit card division without having to go in circles with wealth management and sitting on hold forever?
