Investing - Theory, News & General • Savings bonds math

As an example I was looking at next accrual for I savings bonds for November 2024 (bond issued on Jan 2008).
For total price $10000, total value $18972 in November 2024, and Interest Rate of 4.18%, it would earn $64.00 during November, and its total value on December 2024 would be $19036.

How did they calculate $64?
I can't get a formula right.
If I try 18972*4.18%*30/365 I get $65.18.

Thanks
