Are there any strategies for adding a China tilt for those holding the I-Fund inside a TSP?
Not long ago the TSP removed China from its I-Fund and as a result the I-Fund is not as inclusive or as well diversified as other international funds such as VXUS. Maybe an unfair comparison as this fund by Vanguard is more inclusive than most any other International fund.
Some intentionally select funds that exclude China for personal reasons and that’s understandable by choice but TSP doesn’t offer an option.
Is it a better strategy to accept this result or better to find a way include China inside another account such as maybe a Roth?
