I have seen William Bernstein state that rebalancing every few years is the safest route.
But if you wait a few years, what if your portfolio moves so drastically that it no longer matches your risk tolerance?
I know many here do rebalancing “bands.” But I do not like watching the accounts that often. Too manual. Would prefer a more hands off approach.
