First of all thanks for taking a look and advise me what will be the best approach. After posting on Reddit and someone suggested about this site because Fidelity will be charging me 1% if they manage my account.
No debt whatsoever.
We have a house and live in California and house value is $750,000 and mortgage is paid off.
We have a cash around $450,000 and almost $375,000 is on HSYA @4.5%-5%
We also have an annuity with Prudential in the amount of $28,000 (bad choice years ago)
I have a Robinhood account which is just for fun and I have Tesla, Apple, Google, Amazon and few others in the amount of $50,000

As stated above I'm 60 years old and I can transfer my 401k into IRA what should I do. Almost everyone suggested I should transfer my 401k into IRA and I should transfer myself with the help of Fidelity, and not pay 1% to fidelity so they can manage my account.
Baird charge my wife's account a fee of 1.45%.
We would like to transfer her Baird account to fidelity as well.
I think I will be working another 5-7 years so what will be the best so we can save more in our 401k/IRA.
Should I leave my money in 401k as is or move around in 401k or transfer to Fidelity IRA?
Thank you so much for the feedback.
