Personal Investments • Tax Inefficiencies

I received this message from a Fidelity agent.

"I tried calling out to you to schedule sometime so that I can bring up to your attention some tax inefficiencies in your brokerage account, as if it's something that it is not addressed early, it will snowball significantly. "

In that account I carry:
FSKAX-Fidelity Total Market
FxAIX-Fidelity 500
VFWAX-Vanguard all word ex US
VTSAX-Vanguard total stock

I am 100% stocks across all of my accounts. The overlapping funds in this account are due to tax loss harvesting and changing from vanguard to fidelity.

Is this just a sales call or am i missing something?
