Hello Boglehead community! I'm new to the forum and excited to learn from you. I would greatly appreciate a portfolio review and feedback. Thank you!

Age: 34
Debt: None, thank god
Tax Filing Status: Single at the moment, but getting married in 2025. Open to suggestions about filing single vs jointly. We plan to keep our accounts separate, so I can't provide portfolio details for my SO.
State of Residence: Pennsylvania
Tax Rate: 22% Federal, 3.07% State
Desired AA: 95% Stocks, 5% Bonds

Cash/Emergency Funds: Roughly 8 months of regular expenses
Checking: $3,000 (I keep this low and rotate money as needed for bill pay)
Vanguard Money Market: $8,500
I-Bonds: $11,000 (Considering rotating this into a small bond ladder to build on)

*Employer offers a 4% match, plus 10% of my base salary

HSA
3% 15,000 Vanguard Growth Index Institutional (ER: 0.04%)
*I have no health conditions and plan to use this as exclusively an investment vehicle rather than for health-related expenses
*Employer contributes ~$2,500 per year

Contributions
I prioritize contributions to the traditional 401k and Roth IRA, and aim to max out both by the end of the second quarter each year.
In the second half of the year, I aim to grow my emergency fund/savings. These will likely go into a bond ladder, but I'm open to other suggestions.

Questions
1. Can I improve the tax efficiency of my portfolio? Does it make sense to have any bond exposure in the Roth IRA or Traditional 401k?
2. Am I subject to wash sale rules between accounts? Should l consider restructuring assets?
3. Should I ever consider Roth conversions for the 401k?
4. At my age, should I be prioritizing contributions to retirement accounts ahead of savings for a home?

Very open to other thoughts and suggestions as well. Thank you!
