Personal Investments • Retired (time for VBTLX)

Just retired and ready to move from 100% VTSAX to VTSAX/VBTLX (85/15).
The intent is to have $ not in VTSAX to live off of during a couple of medium downturns during retirement.
The sole question for the forum is what account(s) to make the switch in ...
Please, not looking for opinions on AA, etc.

Age 61, wife 55 (both just retired).
Based on family trees, end of plan = 88 yrs old
Current AA is 100% VTSAX in all accounts
Spend rate: $100k/yr
My Soc Sec: $4,752/mo at age 70, 2033
Wife Soc Sec: $950/mo at age 67, 2036
Home $1.1M paid off
Cars: 2, both paid off
401k VTSAX: $230k
My Roth IRA VTSAX: $10k
My IRA VTSAX: $462k HSA: $100k
Wife IRA VTSAX: $92k
Vanguard Brokerage Acct VTSAX $1.7M, cost basis of $964k
Total of the above: $2.52M.
Looking to reallocate $378k from VTSAX to VBTLX smartly ...
