I had a challenging experience with VG customer service recently and went to the Bogleheads subreddit to try and learn more about the topic at hand. I am shocked at how rude, dismissive, condescending and unhelpful every single person was on that forum. On top of that, I was downvoted repeatedly for wanting to learn more. It is absolutely nothing like this one.
Over the course of several years, I have found the Bogleheads here to be incredibly neutral, focused in their responses, and helpful. I’ve learned so much, and made many sound financial decisions with your help. Every single time. I just wanted to express my gratitude. This is an amazing group. Thank you!
