Personal Investments • Consolidation of 401k's and IRA's at Fidelity

We (wife and I) have multiple 401k's and IRA's we would like to consolidate.
We have two 401k accounts currently totaling approximately $3,160,000.
We have six other IRA accounts currently totaling approximately $1,080,000.
Those accounts are at John Hancock, Empower, E-Trade, Schwab, and Ameritrade.
We each now have active traditional IRA and Roth IRA accounts at Fidelity.
And when we're done, we want everything to be in those four Fidelity accounts.
- Questions:
1 - Once we have placed over 4 million dollars of retirement funds with Fidelity, will we be eligible for any special treatments or access to any exclusive funds or services?
2 - Is there any risk to consolidating all of our retirement accounts within one establishment, or conversely, is there any benefit to leaving the funds spread across multiple service providers?
3 - Are there any current incentive promotions in place that we should be taking advantage of when we transfer this much money into new accounts?
Thanks very much, in advance, for any comments or suggestions!
