Recently myself, my spouse, and our for-hire estate attorney completed (signed & notarized) trust papers. So much of the trust paper work seems tedious, wordy, but I suppose necessary. Can trust papers be boilerplate? After our demise can our personal representative/executor (also a beneficiary) take the paper work to another attorney to execute our wishes? Is it even necessary for our executor (who resides out of state) to work with the estate attorney who helped us along to complete the trust papers?
Thank you
