Personal Consumer Issues • DCA Workout Weight Routine

I'm 38 years-old, and am actual 5'11.5 and weigh depending on the day between 136-144lbs. I've been a runner and tennis player most of my life so I know how to DCA cardio. I do not know how to DCA weights (arms, legs, etc). I'd be looking to work out two to three days per week where one day is running, one day is weights, and one day is potluck of either. Please post where there is a simple three fund portfolio like workout weight routine, or, a workout week routine that includes running and weights that is scalable for someone of my body type! I'm not trying to gain weight but am wanting to have a more balanced workout allocation :-)
