Dear Bogleheads:
I asked this question last year when I had a business trip with my colleague and my manager, and found that both of them had whole life insurance policy, when we had personal chat (but they did not want to disclose more).
Recently when I read Tim Walz's information, I found that his only disclosed investments are 529 plan and whole life insurance policy.
Currently I only have term life insurance through my employment.
Just wondering why people like Tim Walz would purchase whole life insurance policy and shall we also consider it?
