Personal Investments • VFIAX vs VOO

I came across this. There have been plenty of threads re Vanguard's declining customer service and IT problems. No need to rehash subject but I am interested in your comments re the pros and cons of converting VFIAX to VOO. I have been with Vanguard for over 20 years but am considering switching to Fidelity or Schwab because both have offices nearby. I hold $850k VFIAX in a taxable account which may complicate the switch. Thanks.
