Personal Finance (Not Investing) • renting advice

Hello
I am 64 yr old single female retiree. I am having health issue and therefore, I plan to move closer to my daughter.
My daughter lives in Connecticut and she mentioned she plans to stay there for the next 5 years. I am thinking of renting my townhouse (fully furnished ) located in NJ.
I do not want to sell my property at this moment given I am not sure if I will find staying in Connecticut is difficult transition or if my daughter moves away for other opportunities. I would like to rent my property by December 2024. I understand renting in winter months is difficult. My property tax per year is $11,000 and HOA fees $400/month

I have seen the rent rates in Connecticut are expensive. For 1 bedroom it can go from 2K- 3K per month depending on the location and the amenities.
I prefer to keep the townhouse and rent apartment in Connecticut. It will be a expensive to manage home in NJ and and pay for the rent in Connecticut.
I am hoping any ideas or advice this forum can offer me. Pros and cons and stress level with this move given I am not feeling well.
Thank you
:?
