Personal Investments • Would like to sell DGSIX..what are tax strategies?

I have about 170,000 in profit from my DGSIX fund I have owned for several years. I was considering selling it to move the dollars into something like VTSAX. My question is...is it better to just keep it and not worry about it and avoid a huge tax bill or sell it and just keep some of the profits for taxes when it is time to file? I guess the taxes I would pay would take years possibly to regain in profits again. This would be my first time selling such a large position. My salary is 200K a year as well.
