Investing - Theory, News & General • Are NTSX & NTSI the Best "Lazy" Choices for ITT Bonds in Taxable

Hello,

As my net worth gets closer to the point where I could retire early, I'll need to add bonds to my taxable account. I should probably start adding some soon, but I also would like to add more international stocks to my portfolio to get closer to global market weights. I've been researching some options that are appropriate for taxable accounts and think NTSI (WisdomTree International Efficient Core Fund) might be the right choice.

I believe this fund is very tax-efficient? Does it qualify for foreign tax credits? How does it compare to some of the other tax-friendly funds here: viewtopic.php?t=426104

Would this be the most efficient way to hold bonds in taxable? If this is a good idea, then I would also start buying NTSX (WisdomTree US Efficient Core Fund) eventually once I have enough international exposure.

I'm aware that these are leveraged funds (90/60). I know some would suggest rolling futures contracts instead, but the hassle isn't worth it to me right now. Appreciate any insight or suggestions that can be provided.
