When my parents died in 1994, we inherited their dehumidifier. They'd had it for at least 15 years and it lasted at my house another 15. Since then, the longevity of our dehumidifiers has been maybe five years. So, it's time to get another one again for our basement which is about 1,500 square feet. Recommendations? Would like to balance longevity/reliability with price. TIA
