I am 67 years old and still working PT, and my wife is 66 and working FT, so I have no SS claims yet.

I am very risk-averse and willing to leave money on the table to sleep better at night!

My allocations are roughly:

Taxable 29% Stocks, mainly in IVV

Tax-Free (IRA/401Ks) 60% stocks mainly in IVV

Questions:
  • How do I increase my percentage of stocks in the taxable account when the market is near an all-time high?
  • Are there any bond funds I could add as my very short-term Zero upon Treasuries come down and JPowell cuts the interest rate?
Thanks
