Personal Investments • Vanguard Site Reliability Outlook?

Today when I go to "taxcenter.cdn.web.vanguard.com/" there are no documents at all, just a link to "support.vanguard.com/," which sends me back to the page I came from for tax documents. A little later I was trying to access lot details for cap gains and it said something like "sorry, try later." (paraphrasing here). After 4PM Eastern, cap gains works ok but still no tax forms.

Plus I am reminded how the old Vanguard app (say, 3+ years ago, hard to remember) worked intuitively for me but the new one is a big turn off. Same thing with the old site, the new one seems ... let's just say "suboptimal." And they keep removing more and more of the links to the old site pages.

Recently I decided to abandon my traditional bank for a Fidelity cash management account for all the monthly bills, checking and so on. When linking my Vg accounts over to Fidelity it seems Vg cannot process any Plaid requests for large blocks of time each day.

And I heard they have a new CEO in July. And now they keep giving me pop-ups for advisory services.

I get that low cost means no frills, I'm good with that. I can even be patient and wait for stuff to start working again since I'm now in retirement. But it sure is annoying and even seems a bit frightening. I have to wonder if I am witnessing some kind of death spiral.

What do you Bogleheads think, just keep the faith or consider moving all my accounts (RolloverIRA, Brkrg, Roth) over to Fidelity? So far I like their app and their site seems agreeable, though I haven't really spent a whole lot of time there so far.
