Personal Consumer Issues • Vanguard+Yubikey+Near Field Communication

I have just registered a new YubiKey at Vanguard but could not find a mention of whether Vanguard YubiKey supports NFC (Near Field Communication). Does any have any experience with this? I would like to use NFC when signing on to Vanguard using my smartphone.
