Personal Investments • How to invest your portfolio when rolling over a 401K to an IRA?

I put together all the information for the portfolio review, and chickened out posting it, as the information makes me way too identifiable. But what we're looking at is rolling over our 401K's to IRA's, since we retired three years ago, and our company offers very limited choices at Vanguard. We have good pensions (290K/yr) plus rental income (15K/yr), so our plan is just to withdraw from the tax advantaged accounts up to the 24% Federal Income tax rate. We don't actually need most of our 401K funds because of the pensions. We are 61, and our portfolio is at 6 million, with about the same amount in real estate.

I think we want to invest in 90% stock index ETFs/10% money market, likely in Fidelity. Would anyone have a recommendation in what ETFs and in what sort of allocations to invest? Not really interested in international funds. We're meeting with a financial advisor at Wells Fargo, but I'm not that comfortable with paying someone to churn our accounts ( :happy though hopefully not). Maybe I need a good software program, or just an idea of how to be diversified in the aggressive sort of portfolio I'm looking for. I thought we were diversified, but then realized we had so much of one mutual fund, that we actually owned 400K worth of Eli Lilly stock. A little bit of a wakeup call to pay more attention.
