Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Medicare Part D-2025 $2,000 OOP Limit

I am unclear as to what gets one to the $2,000 OOP limit. Is it only the money that comes out of my wallet or do the plan and drug company's contributions count toward the $2,000 OOP limit as well? Per the chart below (found at https://ritterim.com/blog/2025-medicare ... tion-guide), it would seem to be the latter. If it is the latter, I'm having trouble figuring that out from medicare.gov and I'm only looking at Jardiance 25 mg/day every 90 days.
