Personal Investments • Looking for advice for last decade before retirement

I’m 49 with an eye on retirement in about 10 years. I have 230k in retirement savings in s&p 500 index funds in Roth 401k and Roth IRA. Don’t make a ton of money but don’t have a ton of expenses these days so I’m able to contribute 25% of my salary into my Roth 401k. I’m married, my wife works for the government and has a nice health care plan we can use after retirement. So no pre 65 health care concerns (unless she decides to throw me to the curb).

My question is, for those who are recently retired what is your advice for someone who is around a decade away from retirement? What do you know now that you wish you knew 10 years ago? I plan to continue to stay the course with investing. Also, how did you know when it was the right time to step away? Did anybody regret retiring too early? Thanks for the advice and input.
