Please help confirm my plan for avoiding wash sales in the future. I have never done any tax loss harvesting in the past, but I anticipate the potential need in the future. I have listed out my current and proposed funds below, but basically, I want to keep VTSAX in taxable account and switch all VTSAX in other accounts to 80% VFIAX and 20% VEXAX.

Taxable at Vanguard
Current: Vang Total Stock Index Fund (VTSAX) 0.04%
No change
Current: Vang Federal Money Market Investor (VMFXX) 0.11%
No change

His 403B at The Standard
Current: Nuveen S&P 500 Index Fund (TISPX) 0.11%
No Change

His Roth IRA at Vanguard
Current: Vang Total Stock Index Fund (VTSAX) 0.04%
Proposed: 20% Vang Extended Market Index Fund (VEXA) 0.06%
Proposed: 80% Vang 500 Index Fund (VFIAX) 0.04%

His Rollover IRA at Vanguard
Current: Vang Total Stock Index Fund (VTSAX) 0.04%
Proposed: 20% Vang Extended Market Index Fund (VEXA) 0.06%
Proposed: 80% Vang 500 Index Fund (VFIAX) 0.04%

Current: Vang Total Bond Market Index Fund (VBTLX) 0.05%
No Change

Her 403B at The Standard
Current: Nuveen S&P 500 Index Fund (TISPX) 0.11%
No change

Her Roth IRA at Vanguard
Current: Vang Total Stock Index Fund (VTSAX) 0.04%
Proposed: 20% Vang Extended Market Index Fund (VEXA) 0.06%
Proposed: 80% Vang 500 Index Fund (VFIAX) 0.04%

Her Rollover IRA at Vanguard
Current: Vang Total Stock Index Fund (VTSAX) 0.04%
Proposed: 20% Vang Extended Market Index Fund (VEXA) 0.06%
Proposed: 80% Vang 500 Index Fund (VFIAX) 0.04%

Questions:
Would this allow me to sell VTSAX in taxable account at a loss and purchase VEXA and VFIAX in His Rollover IRA at Vanguard at the same time without incurring a wash sale?
To accomplish this would I have to turn off my automatic reinvestment of VTSAX in Taxable? It's my understanding I can't buy VTSAX either 30 days before or after the sale at a loss.
Is the 20% VEXA and 80% VFIAX comparable to VTSAX?
I assume that since our taxable account is a joint account and we file our taxes Married filing jointly, we would need to eliminate VTSAX in both our accounts.
Anything I'm missing?
