I am presently somewhat perplexed. I have an account with the TSP, and originally used a username, password, and second password/passphrase to access my account. I used to check my account once a week to place the numbers in an excel account, but not long ago, they required me to use the 'Okta Verify' app that I was forced to set up when I updated the account. (was it 2022?) Having never used Okta Verify, I now find myself unable to access the account, because I don't remember what I need to do to use the Okta Verify interface.
How would I go about doing this, or can I call them on the phone and restore my regular password access?
