Personal Investments • Leaving Vanguard for Fidelity and need your feedback & comment

After a few decades with Vanguard, we decided to move all our accounts from Vanguard to Fidelity. We moved our tIRAs & Roth IRAs this week (all Vanguard mutual funds transferred in kind).
2 Traditional IRAs
2 Roth IRAs
All are in Vanguard Inflation Protected Sec (VAIPX)

In the next few weeks, we will transfer our brokerage account which consists only of two funds plus the settlement fund (Vanguard Federal Money Market Fund (VMFXX)).
These two funds are:
1.Vanguard 500 Index (VFIAX) [Planning to transfer in kind due to gain]
2.Vanguard Intermediate Term Treasury (VFIUX) [Planning to liquidate before transfer].

Questions:
Q1. Is there anything we should be aware of? Fidelity had a conference call with me and they want to explain all options available, I believe they call it part of the boarding (sp). I just listened.

Q2. Does Fidelity assign you a dedicated representative, like Vanguard used to do a long time ago?

Q3. Any experience with Fidelity cash bonus and does it change (They mentioned $1000.00 per $1M).

Q4. Anything else you may provide is highly appreciated.
