Personal Investments • Portfolio Rebalancing for 47 yrs. old Teacher

First of all: My elderly parents couldn't believe their eyes when they saw my Roth IRA hit $100k. :moneybag
Thank you, Bogelheads, for the financial education you release into the world.
You are changing lives.

Since I am behind to the game and at a lower income level, I prefer to be aggressive with investing. I'm considering my TRS (Texas Retirement System) pension as the bond/conservative portion of my portfolio. I daydream about retiring early (55 to 60) to take care of my parents and travel. If I'm able to retire early, I would search for a part-time position during early retirement for supplemental pay. Hoping to leave equal amounts of retirement to each of 8 nephew/niece (I have no children), a lump sum to an animal assisting charity, and a lump sum to a food security charity. Both charitable contributions will take my life full circle. So I'm honed in!

Questions:
1. Now that I have reached $100k in the Roth IRA and I know better, I would like to convert my 100% VFORX to rebalance my portfolio. Any help with rebalancing any account is appreciated!

2. The first contributions to the 403b and the 457b will be in late November of 2024. I have time to cancel the November contributions and make adjustments to the December contributions. Should I proceed with these 2 accounts or contribute to the 403b and a Roth 457b? None of the accounts are matched. The 457s are governmental accounts. I have $3200 available to contribute in November, and $3900 in December. Future contributions will start at $300 until

3. Should I roll over the Chase IRA and Vanguard IRA to Vanguard Roth IRA as a backdoor Roth and pay taxes now?

4. Our HSA is matched with $150/quarter if we max our contributions. I will not qualify to continue the HSA after marriage due to Tricare. Planning to use it as a Traditional IRA. After marriage, which account should I redirect the contribution towards?

5. HSABank does not allow investing in Schwab any longer. I don't want to liquidate the Schwab account, which is the only option provided by HSABank, other than allowing it to sit and grow. So it shall sit and grow. If anyone foresees an issue with this, please let me know.

6. The new HSABank investment account option is Choice with 0.10% annual fee of assets under administration calculated based on the value of invested assets at the end of each quarter. "This option offers a simplified brokerage experience with a large range of stocks, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and more." I'm considering opening a free Fidelity HSA. (I must keep the HSABank account open to receive employer quarterly matches of $150.) I have contacted HSABank and Fidelity to confirm, once I open a Fidelity HSA, I should be able to make transfers from the HSABank account to the Fidelity HSA on a monthly basis, then invest in the Fidelity HSA. Has anyone experienced any issues with this scenario? Should I open the Choice account or open the Fidelity account?

7. My car loan will be paid off in 2024. Paying off student loans early 2025. After payoffs, where should I invest the $460\mo? Should I open a couple of 529s for my brothers' children (8 nephews and nieces total) and invest a portion of the $460\mo?

8. The Etrade brokerage account started as a pocket change experiment years ago. The original brokerage company dissolved and I thought my account disappeared with it. I finally tracked it down at Etrade years later…with a 4 digit balance! I'll contact the IRS for guidance on how to file any back taxes. During that process, I plan to use the zeroed accounts to counteract some taxes. Should I keep this account open and fund it with pocket change? Just kidding about the pocket change. Any reason to keep it open? I'm considering liquidating it and using the Vangard Brokerage going forward for simplicity.
